Our elementary room will be focusing this week on Judges 13 and 15 – the story of Samson. We will use this story to talk about Samson’s faith in God and his strength, but more importantly how “earthly delivers” do fail and that only Jesus came and did not fail. He is our true deliver – see Hebrews 4:5.
The scripture memory verse is Psalm 27:1 “The Lord is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
Our Preschool Room will be focusing on Restoration this month as they look at the birth of Jesus. This week they will be learning about Simeon and Anna meeting Jesus and praising God for His arrival.
Their scripture memory verse is John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”
