In our elementary room for the next month or so the kids will be going through the book of 1 Samuel and then looking at Christ as the faithful high priest forever.
Their memory verse is: Colossians 4:6 “ Let your speech always be gracious.”
The preschool class is continuing its journey through the New Testament and is entering into the ministry of Jesus, staring with his baptism.
Their memory verse is: John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
During your family devotion time practice these verses with your kids, ask them what they are learning, ask them to tell you who Jesus is and why He came to this earth and if you have elementary age kids, ask them to tell you what they have been learning in their class about the Old Testament.
