The goal of Redeemer Kids is to see every child live as a missionary, to their homes, their schools, and their world. Children can handle profound truth at an early age.
In order to foster their learning and understanding of this truth we have adopted the curriculum God’s Story for our Elementary aged kids. Currently, we are teaching through the Old Testament through crafts, bible stories, bible memorization, games, art projects, and songs.
For our Preschool aged kids, our curriculum is centered around the themes Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Restoration. We use The Beginner’s Bible and The Jesus Storybook Bible to help the kids understand how these themes are shown throughout the New Testatment. Every Sunday in this room includes lots of singing, movement, crafts, playtime, and of course worship through music, stories, and bible memory.
Redeemer Kids is for children birth through 5th grade with older kids often serving as classroom helpers. As soon as possible we encourage children to join their parents in the regular service
Redeemer Kids is also sponsoring a young girl named, Aminata, so please check out the Compassion International category for information about her. And, you will find Redeemer’s Child Care Policy and other information regarding Redeemer Kids on Sunday mornings. If you would like more information or you would like to volunteer with Redeemer Kids, please email info@redeemerkids.org.
